Email support@gospelquest.app. One person reads it, so it may take a couple of days, and it will be a real reply.
You do not need to email anybody for this. Open the app, go to Settings, choose Delete my account and type DELETE. It removes your account and everything attached to it, including every conversation transcript, immediately and permanently. There is no recovery and no waiting period.
Check spam first. The link expires, so if it has been sitting for a while, ask for a new one. If it still does not come, email the address above with the address you tried.
Voices come from your device rather than from us. On iOS, Settings → Accessibility → Spoken Content → Voices is where the better ones live. Inside the app, Settings has separate switches for the world, taps and chimes, and music, and it will tell you if a channel has no sounds in the build you have.
If another user's display name or a Bible study is abusive, report it from the app and it reaches us directly. We remove content that targets anybody for who they are.
The characters are generated, and generated text is sometimes wrong. Tell us what happened and roughly when, and it goes into the guardrails. If you are in crisis, the app will break character and give you a helpline rather than keep playing a scene.
